Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients Challenge!

Oh, yes... it's true! Taylored Expressions hosts a monthly Key Ingredients Challenge for subscribers! How is it that I've never participated before? Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE Taylored Expressions Key Ingredients kits! They are my "secret weapon" when it comes to card making. So count me in from now on!

I was thrilled when Taylor invited me to participate with the Baker's Dozen and friends in this month's challenge!

CHALLENGE:

Creating your own flower embellishment is the challenge this month! Layering, punching, distressing, whatever it takes to create a one of a kind flower. And the elements in this month's kit will help! Grab those flower die cuts, paper flowers, and buttons and start layering, sponging, popping, etc.! Then use the flower embellishment as the focal point of your card or to embellish your stamped creation!

I happen to love making my own flowers, so this was a fun challenge for me. I used elements from this month's kit, which features designer paper from the Fly A Kite collection by October Afternoon, which I love love love... plus matching cardstock, ribbon, buttons and paper flowers! What more do you need? Just a bit of adhesive, that's all. But, just in case you're like me and want more more more, Taylor always provides a list of coordinating items on the Key Ingredients blog (and in the email reminder you get each month) which you can add to your order at a 10% discount and no extra shipping cost!!! Is it any wonder I'm crazy about Key Ingredients kits?

Even better, any new or current subscriber who purchases or extends a subscription for 6 months between June 15th - 19th will receive a FREE Taylored Expressions stamp set (designed by Taylor herself!) upon completion of the 6 month term.

So what are you waiting for??? Of all the subscription kits out there, this is the MUST HAVE! The value is incredible, and Taylor picks the best papers and ribbons and coordinating elements around...always the BEST of everything and the most cutting edge designs your heart could desire. And, like I've said many times on my blog, it makes card making so much easier to have everything coordinating right there at your fingertips.
