Sitting Lala is absolutely one of my all-time favorite La-La Land Craft stamps. She is so much fun to color and always looks great in any setting. The fabulous thing is that she is currently on sale for 40% off!!! Yep, you heard right. 40% off!!! As are all the other stamps that were part of the very first La-La Land Crafts Release: Teddy Bear Lala, Sitting Lala, Sweet Lala, Window Lala, Birthday Lala, Rosie with Book, Rosie sitting with Cat, Rosie with Bird, Sweet Rosie, Teddy Bear Rosie, Running Clover, Pepper with Basket, Pepper with Cake and Banjo Maya. Note that you won't see the sale price until you click on Add to Cart.
I followed Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #70. The DP is from the Sending Love collection by Stampin' Up (which was offered in the now-expired Occasions Mini Catalog). I love the glittery sides of the paper. The mat behind Lala is cut from vanilla cardstock with the new Fair Isle Pendant from Spellbinders, which I then "stained" with a Tim Holtz Spun Sugar Distress Ink Pad. I love the effect!
I hope you'll come along and play with us this week at La-La's Weekly Wednesday Challenge. You must use a La-La Land Crafts image, but there are digi images available for instant gratification, plus this amazing sale going on right now. If that weren't enough,
this week only Princess Lala is also on sale for 20% off!!!Be sure to check in with the rest of the Design Team and Guest Designers to see their shabby chic creations:
