Meet Fairy Rosie!!!

This week's challenge is to "get scrappy"; i.e., grab those scraps of paper, ribbon, embellies, whatever you have laying around on your craft table that are left over from a previous project, and use them on your challenge cards/projects. I dug up scraps of SU's Cottage Wall DSP for my card. It seemed perfect for a fairy. I also followed Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge #69.
